Anita is an Integrated Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncturist with a First-Class BSc (Hons) Degree from the prestigious Kingston University and College of Integrated Chinese Medicine and a member of the British Acupuncture Council.

Anita’s practice has mainly focused on helping with underlying causes of female/male infertility, assisting natural conception, ART/IVF support, Pre/post-natal care, endometriosis, PCOS, Painful and heavy periods, no periods and other menstrual disorders. 

Anita’s approach is a bespoke combination of Body, Scalp, Five Elements and Electro-Acupuncture with Inferred light therapy and Tuning Forks to help patients with varied conditions such as Neurological and Autoimmune conditions, Stress, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Chronic Diseases, Long Covid, Fatigue, Digestive Issues, IBS, Mental Health, Cancer, Skin conditions, Headaches, Migraines, Insomnia, Sleep Disorders, Diabetes, Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries.

Anita is an advocate of natural beauty inside out. Hence, she designs bespoke beauty treatments, combining anti-ageing facial rejuvenation and cosmetic body acupuncture, LED light therapy, natural handmade Persian Saffron and Rose, 24K Gold, and herbal beauty products.

As a graduate of Caroline Myss Academy and Sad Guru Isha Center, as an Archetypal Consultant and a Medical Intuitive, Anita utilises modern science, technology, and spirituality alongside TCM and Five Element acupuncture to identify and eliminate the root cause of disharmonies and diseases. She designs a tailored acupuncture treatment plan that fits best with each patient’s lifestyle to harmonise the energetic anatomy of their mind, body and spirit.

Anita’s Five Elements acupuncture skills and spiritual counselling and coaching skills allow her to support her patients in reconnecting with themselves and actively engaging in their healing journey.
